The Sensor Info app can be useful on Android devices for the following reasons:
- GPS data: The app can read the real-time location and the accuracy of the GPS in meters, your position in latitude, longitude and altitude, as well as your device's current speed in kilometers per hour(km/h) or miles per hour(mph), acting as a GPS speedometer.
- Battery: The app can read the remaining battery percentage, the health of the battery, the battery voltage, the type of battery (Li-ion, NiCd, NiMH or Li-pol), and the temperature in Celsius(°C) and in Fahrenheit(°F).
